Our Purpose
This project was born out of a simple but urgent truth: when outside forces—like Russia’s aggression against its neighbors—threaten our future, we must be ready. Our goal is to craft a new constitution for Georgia: one built by the people and for the people, prepared for the day when real change becomes possible.
Today, Georgia’s constitution is like a rider (the people) on a horse (the constitution) with no reins—lacking real control. (And let’s give some credit to the horse for putting up with us humans.) This project is about handing the reins back to their rightful owners: the people of Georgia.
Through open comparison of the world’s best constitutions and wide public discussion, we aim to give citizens the power to steer the country’s course.
Governments should work for the people. As their employers, it’s not just our right—it’s our responsibility—to demand a voice in how we are governed. This platform invites you to participate, to speak up, and to help shape a future where Georgia is guided by the will of its citizens—not just the few.
This site operates in collaboration with the Georgian Citizens’ Assembly, a non-partisan organization based in Georgia (geoasamblea.org); GeoVoice USA, an activist platform based in the United States; and most importantly, you—the voters of Georgia.
You won’t find any political party affiliation here. Our commitment is to the people, not to any agenda. Everyone’s sincere opinion is welcome.
Financial Disclosure
All funding for the launch and ongoing maintenance of this site has been personally provided by the founder of this project.
There are no outside sponsors or financial backers.
The project is fully independent and focused solely on serving the public interest.
About the Founder
Dr. Vasil Tsiskarishvili was born and raised in Telavi, Georgia, before emigrating to the United States in 2002, where he has practiced hospital medicine for many years.
In his time away from patients and family, Vasil remains deeply engaged with all things related to Georgia. Through this project, he brings together his love for his homeland and his belief in the power of public participation to help shape a better future.
